At Mind Lab Studio, we strive to provide high-quality handmade products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In their original condition
Unused and undamaged
Returned with all original packaging, when applicable

Customers are responsible for a $6.00 flat-rate return shipping fee, which will be deducted or charged when the return is approved.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email shopmindlabstudio@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

Your order number
The reason for your return
Photos of the item if it is damaged or incorrect

Returns must be approved before being shipped back. Return instructions and the return address will be provided after your request has been approved.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Used, worn, or altered items
Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or normal wear and tear
Personalized or custom-made items (if offered)
Gift cards (if offered)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
